Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

Kanyen Device ("we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to delivering high-quality products. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser ("you" or "your") of a Kanyen Device product. We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

For non-user-caused malfunctions that occur during normal usage, a replacement can be provided within one year from the date of purchase (consumables excluded), and repairs are covered within two years.

After two years, repair services will be charged, and in cases of damage caused by human factors or repairs needed after the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the transportation costs of sending the product for repair.


The following situations are not covered by the free warranty during the warranty period:

(1) Malfunctions and damages caused by improper use or modification.

(2) Malfunctions and damages resulting from tipping over or dropping the product during usage after purchase.

(3) Malfunctions and damages caused by fires, earthquakes, floods, other natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage.

(4) Malfunctions and damages caused by abnormalities in other electrical devices connected to this

(5) When replacing parts like batteries and consumables.

(6) Malfunctions and damages caused by usage in non-standard household situations (e.g., commercial usage requiring extended operation).

(7) Malfunctions and damages caused by usage in vehicles, boats, or similar circumstances.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team within the warranty period.
  2. Provide Information: Be prepared to provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any other relevant information requested by our team.
  3. Return Procedure: If required, we will provide instructions on how to return the product for inspection or resolution.

Resolution of Claims

Upon receiving your warranty claim, we will evaluate the product to determine if it falls within the scope of our warranty coverage. If the product is found to be defective within the warranty terms, we will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, free of charge.


To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy offered by Kanyen Device. All other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
