RF Treatment

To achieve noticeable results, we recommend using the device consistently, five times a week, with each treatment lasting a minimum of five minutes, over a span of 30 to 45 days.

RF technologies work by delivering heat energy into the deeper layers of the skin, prompting the production of collagen. Collagen turnover typically takes about 28 days. However, the speed of collagen renewal is individual and influenced by factors like age, genetics, lifestyle, and overall health. In younger individuals, this process may take only a few weeks, while in older individuals, it might extend to several months.

EMS Treatment

While some users may experience immediate lifting results after a single treatment, the outcome can vary based on your skin type, specific concerns, and usage patterns. To experience lasting benefits, we suggest using the product at least five times a week for a minimum of six weeks.

The best way to see your results is by taking photographs. Ensure you're in a well lit area and use the same pose each time.

The device is designed with user comfort in mind, ensuring that every treatment is completely painless.

When using the RF function (DAILY and EYE modes), you'll experience a gentle warmth as the treatment head makes contact with your skin. The device is equipped with intelligent temperature control, ensuring the treatment head's surface remains below 42°C for your comfort.

With EMS function (DAILY and LIFT modes), you may initially feel a tingling sensation as your muscles contract involuntarily. Three EMS intensity levels can be adjusted according to your comfort. Always start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase based on your skin's tolerance. If you find it challenging to get accustomed to the EMS sensation, you have the option to turn it off when using the DAILY Mode.

Yes, you can use alternative gels with the device.

Nevertheless, for the most effective results, we recommend using Ante Beauty gels. These gels are specially formulated to enhance energy flow and maximize performance. Additionally, they feature a high concentration of active ingredients that serve to maintain skin hydration and nourishment during treatment.

Clean → Tone → Ante Beauty Gel + Kanyen device → Serum → moisturise → Sun protection (during the day)

Start with your usual cleansing and toning routine. Apply both the gel and device to your cleansed and toned skin. Post-treatment, gently massage any excess gel into the skin for complete absorption or, if necessary, wipe away any excess. Our gels are specially formulated with a high concentration of active ingredients, making them an effective alternative to serums. However, if you prefer, you can continue with your usual serums, moisturizers, and sunscreen, particularly during daytime use.

The Kanyen is designed to revitalize and renew the skin without causing downtime, making it compatible with all over-the-counter skincare products. However, if you're using prescribed or clinical products with higher concentrations than normal, please consult your dermatologist before using Kanyen.

We advise waiting for at least 10 days after undergoing injectable or laser treatments. It's important to ensure your skin has fully recovered and returned to its stable state before using Kanyen. Please consult your physician for any additional inquiries.

DO NOT use it if you have an implanted pacemaker, arrhythmias or any other severe known heart disorder.

DO NOT use it if you have any active or silicone implants, any implantable metal device or body piercing in the treatment area.

DO NOT use it if you have any blood clotting disorders; a history of deep vein thrombosis, collagen disorders or keloid scarring; suffer from excessive bleeding, bruising or damaged wound healing; or are taking blood thinning medications.

DO NOT use it if you have a history of skin cancer or areas of potential skin malignancies. Use of the device has not been tested in areas with skin cancer and therefore the effects are unknown.

DO NOT use it if you have injected chemical materials or plastic surgery in the treatment area within the past 3 months.

DO NOT use it if you have had a professional chemical peel, a professional facial abrasion or ablative laser treatments within the past 3 months.

DO NOT use it if you are pregnant.

DO NOT use it if you have experienced a migraine in the last two years.

DO NOT use it if you suffer from severe or uncontrolled endocrine or metabolic conditions, such as diabetes or uncontrolled thyroid disease.

DO NOT use it if you have a damaged immune system or autoimmune disorder, such as AIDS or Lupus, or if you use drugs that influence the immune system.

DO NOT use it if you have a general extreme illness, such as hepatitis, liver disease or epilepsy.

DO NOT use it if you have diminished or exaggerated perception of temperature change.

DO NOT use it over tattoos.

After usage, use a soft lint-free cloth to wipe down the Kanyen. Periodically, clean the treatment head by wiping them with a soft cloth lightly misted with rubbing alcohol. Be cautious not to allow water, other liquids, or excessive gel to enter any part of the device, including the USB charging port. NEVER submerge the Kanyen in water, put it in the dishwasher, or use abrasive cleaners or chemicals on the device.

The Kanyen includes a standard USB-C charging cable and a USB-C to USB adapter. You have the flexibility to charge your Kanyen at your convenience. A fully charged battery provides up to 40 minutes of continuous treatment, which typically lasts about one week with regular use. If, during treatment, the Power/Mode button turns red and begins flashing, complete that session and then proceed to charge your Kanyen. While the device is charging, the Power/Mode button will display a white flashing light, and when it is fully charged, the light will turn solid white.

No, Kanyen can’t be used while it is charging.

The Kanyen device is not waterproof and should not be exposed to water or taken into the shower or bath.

Please note that once we initiate the processing of your order, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations or amendments. If you've made a recent purchase and need to cancel or make changes, please promptly contact admin@antebeauty.com. They will evaluate the current status of your order and provide guidance on the possibility of cancellation or amendment. In some cases, depending on the stage of order processing, there may be a processing fee associated with cancellation or amendment. Our customer service team will communicate this to you before proceeding with the requested changes.

We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it unless it's during exceptionally busy holiday periods. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders received on weekends and UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer free shipping exclusively for orders within the UK.

For customers outside the UK, please email your desired items and mailing address to admin@antebeauty.com. We will check the feasibility of shipping and provide an estimated shipping cost before arranging your shipment individually.

We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. While most orders are shipped from our UK warehouse, in some cases, certain items may be shipped from our international fulfillment center. In such instances, there may be slight delivery delays, but rest assured that all customs import duties will be covered.

Orders fulfilled within the UK typically arrive within 2-5 working days. For internationally fulfilled orders, please allow for a delivery timeframe of 8-10 working days.

You can check the status of your delivery on Royal Mail using tracking number sent to you once your package is dispatched.

You can monitor your parcel's status using the tracking site provided. If it exceeds the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at admin@antebeauty.com for further assistance. It's important to note that orders may experience delays at customs, which is outside of our control. Once your parcel is released from customs, the tracking information will be updated.

The available choices depend on the courier's policies. Typically, they will return the parcel to their depot for re-delivery on the following working day. If re-delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel might be directed to a nearby pickup point or sent back to us. In the event of a return, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. If you have a secure location where the parcel can be left in your absence, please provide explicit instructions in the Delivery Note section during the checkout process.

While we take great care in preparing and packing all orders, occasional errors may occur as each parcel is handled manually. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you encounter such a situation, please reach out to us immediately upon receiving your order.

Returns

You may return unopened and unused products purchased from antebeauty.com within 30 days for a refund of the original purchase price.

Please be aware that we do not allow the return of, or offer refunds for the following:

  • Products purchased new from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels (e.g., eBay, etc.)
  • Items that are not defective, unless unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase
  • Damages due to misuse, improper maintenance or repair, using an alternate voltage source, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damaged devices used with any conductive medium other than Ante Beauty gels
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
  • Products returned without an RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time.

To initiate a return, email admin@antebeauty.com for a Return Authorization (RA) request. Please note that product(s) returned without a RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted.

If there is a dispute regarding the confirmation of the return, it is the sender's responsibility to provide valid tracking information. We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen products being returned for a refund without an RA number. Please use an insured method and forward the tracking details to admin@antebeauty.com.

Please allow 3-5 business days to inspect your product(s). If a refund is applicable, the credit will be applied back to the original method of purchase.

We offer a 2-year warranty for new products purchased from antebeauty.com. Faulty devices can be exchanged for a replacement within the warranty period. Please contact admin@antebeauty.com and provide the following information:
