Please be aware that, once we have started to process your order, we are unable to process order cancellations. If you have recently placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact admin@antebeauty.com as soon as possible and they will advise on whether or not order cancellation is possible. Depending on the stage of order processing your order is at, your refund may have a processing fee incurred, which our customer service team will communicate with you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we will do everything we can to ensure this is resolved.Please contact us as soon as your order is received. Please keep an eye on the tracking information from the courier, they will post updates as your parcel progresses through its journey. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery date please contact us so that we can investigate this for you.Please note that international parcels may be held by customs, this can delay the progress of your delivery. Unfortunately we cannot predict these delays nor control how long the parcel is held. As soon as your parcel is released by customs, the tracking information will be updated.
Your options will vary depending on the courier. Most will take the parcel back to their depot for re-delivery the next working day. If re-delivery is not successful, the parcel may be taken to a local pick up point or returned to us. If it is returned to us we will contact you to ask how you wish to proceed.Some couriers provide additional options for your delivery. They can either re-deliver on a different date, leave it with a neighbour, leave it in a safe place, or deliver to your local pick up point.

If you need help with logging your return, please contact us with the following information so we can advise on the next steps:

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Return reason ie. "unwanted and unused" or "money back guarantee".
If your product is eligible for return we will provide authorisation to send it back. Once authorised we will send a form which must be filled in and included inside the parcel, this allows us to process your return efficiently. We ask that you use a tracked delivery service to return the goods, this will cover you for loss or damage in transit.

Anti-Ageing Technologies
This includes Radio Frequency, Microcurrent, EMS and Light Therapy. It will usually take around 8 weeks to start to see results. Some will show results sooner, particularly those which stimulate the muscles but it takes the body 8 weeks to produce new collagen and elastin therefore we'd recommend waiting this long to see substantial, long lasting changes.

The best way to see your results is by taking photographs. Ensure you're in a well lit area and use the same pose each time.
We highly recommend using our gels with our device as they have undergone strict clinical studies alongside the device to be deemed safe and effective. We cannot guarantee any results or safety if you use alternative products.

Please be aware if you purchase home use devices or attachments from an unauthorised or third party seller you may be exposed to counterfeit goods. They may unsafe to use and will not perform as expected. Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for consumer dissatisfaction with products sold through such sellers and we are also unable to honour any warranties or money back guarantees in these instances.
All original ANTÉ BEAUTY devices come with an Authenticity Card with a batch code. If you are in doubt, contact our support team to verify the authenticity of your product.

As with any cosmetics, some ingredients may be considered unsafe to use during pregnancy, so it is important to read and understand the composition and ingredients of our products. To make this as simple as possible for you, we have provided full ingredient lists on each product page. It is also important to consult your GP or obstetrician as a precautionary measure.
We understand how important it is to feel safe when using your device. Information about contraindications is provided on all our product pages for customers with pre-existing conditions to check. On the product page scroll down to 'Additional Information', this is where you'll find information about who should not use the product.
